- It is agrees between the customer and Laundrimate Service Limited (the “Company”) that the Company undertakes the work of cleaning and/ or pressing, strictly in accordance with these conditions and no variation of these conditions shall bind the Company unless such variations are duly approved and signed by the Manager of the Company.
- The Company shall not be liable if the goods are shrunk, faded, discolored or in any way damaged by reason or arising out of any defect to poor quality of the goods and/ or due to wear and tear.
- The Company shall not be held responsible for any damages whatsoever caused to the goods of they are cleaned in accordance with the cleaning instructions stated in the cleaning label or in manner as instructed by the Customer.
- The liability of The Company in respect if the loss of or damage in any form to the goods entrusted to the Company for cleaning and treatment shall in no case exceed five times the amount charged for cleaning and treatment.
- The Company shall not be liable for any damage to the goods caused by moths, or other insects of any loss, damage or delay due to fire, flood, Act of God, civil war, commotion or any cause beyond the control of the Company.
- The Company shall not be responsible for any valuables or other articles attached to or left in any pockets of the goods entrusted to the Company for cleaning and treatment.
- Should delivery of the goods be not taken within 30days from the date of this order form or before a date as specified there in, the customer shall be deemed to have abandoned the goods and the Company shall have the right to dispose of the goods without prior notice to the customer and no claim can be made against the Company.
- The goods will be delivered to the bearer of and on presentation of this order form, the order form holder of which shall be deemed to the rightful owner. Should this order form be lost, a written report should be made to the Company and the Company reserves its right to call for such indemnity as it considers necessary in the circumstances of the case.
- The customer shall be deemed to have approved the goods on delivery and no claim whatsoever shall be entertained by the Company after the goods have left the Company’s premises.
- The Company reserves the right to refuse any order.
- It is the responsibility of customers to leave accurate contact details. The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by the omission of contact information.
- All goods received will be examined in detail upon presentation and therefore the customer cannot dispute to the result of the subsequent examination made by the Company’s staff and the amount of the laundry charge shall be subject to the final calculation of the Company.
